In and out of AF same day
Hi, sounds as though PAF has returned. What would you like to happen next? Have you looked at treatment options? Suggest you read up on the AFA website.
Have you tried an additive free diet. In food they were a sure trigger for my AF, especially artificial sweeteners.

As Jeanjeannie50 says look at Lifestyle changes now rather than wait for more episodes. Many have been discussed here, very little to lose and much to gain. One suggestion, make sure your dental health is 100% as bleeding gums can transfer issues to the heart.
Doesn't sound too problematic, which is good news. But worth a read up on options and a chat with your doctor. Cardioversions, I'm sure you know, are not long terms fixes. But you've done well to stay AF free for nearly 2 years. 👏
You may want to confirm that it was AF and not benign ectopics. Was it reported as AF by Kardia, Apple Watch, or some other device? By way of comparison, over the past year I've had several brief episodes of Kardia-reported slow AF that upon review (by a cardiologist and 2 EPs) turned out to be PACs. Good luck in resolving it.
Thanks to all who gave some feedback got a couple of ideas to try thanks again
