Anyone know what this dip means on the ecg? I am not concerned about the bradycardia as I take meds. But could really feel this beat happening and felt weird. Different from a fib.

that looks like a PVC, a ventricular ectopic
Looks like a PVC premature ventricular contraction. I usually have a number of these on my ecg readouts for permanent AF
