Read A Few POST BUT Nothing On DNA SNP's And Faulty Heart Gene.

So am sharing my DNA research findings to start conversation as more who ask about testing the better will be for all of us.

Faulty heart gene snp leads to 680.000 uk deaths.

Shocking stats.

After all what can one achieve when a collective can achieve more.

But following my own T wave experiance am looking into this little known on Gene SNP G6PD.

I thought i would share my findings given my depressed HEART T Waves.

G6PD is HEART related and mutations errors snp can cause problems with heart.

youtube.com/watch?v=KFOmzS7...

Needless to say i got board of checking mine for G6PD snp's bad mutations errors or defiancy as was over 154 and for some reassion informatiin was with held on if i had glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency when i did my own DNA test.

Guess suden death is not something private DNA firms would like to disclose.

But when you tick full disclosure thats what it should mean GOOD / BAD.

Anyway getting back to my heart T waves i had chat iwith my doctor about my what my mate said.

Told DOCTOR my mate who is bit of ecg guru said doctors mainly GPs would not tell you if you had heart disease or angina if they seen it on ecg they did.

Unless was a medical emergancy.

So i asked my GP you would tell us Wouldn't You.

And i was meet by silence.

A guess if silence was loud that would be speaking volumes.

Hi and Good Morning,

The 680,000 deaths is scaring and horrendous. Would you mind posting the link this figure, please? I was admitted as an emergency on Monday for an abnormal ECG reading but after lots of blood tests, xrays, etc, I was discharged to the care of my GP.

Hi JeffAjaxSmith,

Thank you for the link. I am not sure if I am reading it correctly but it appears to be saying that 680,000 people in the UK may have the faulty gene and 12 people every week will die from sudden cardiac arrest.

Having said that, these statistics are very worrying.

Can I ask you where you had your DNA test, if you are allowed to tell me?

I would just like to say I think it is wonderful the way you are looking after your dad and I hope he is as well as he can be.

Hi Sioban I had private DNA test done with 23andMe then i research my DNA and GENES looking for errors mutations.

Thus far i have found out quite a lot and am what they call a healthy cf carrier

I"m very familiar with molecular genetics. My wife even works in a next gene sequenator lab. I must say the it is not possibile to fit the link to any scientific term. Even if I suppose, that 680 000 is the total number of the sudden cardiac death cases it is far more above US data.

There is no any publication that G6PD gene defect would cause cardiac disease. However G6PD deficiency casuse anaemia, that should be detected in lab tests. Could you give some more details on your T wave? The wave Why do you think that the depression is genetically related ?

in reply toMercurius

Hi Sorry for late reply G6PD is linked to heart dieases sudden death and its likes.

G6pd is expressed threw muscle and our hearts are big chunk of muscle.

Works bit like sepsis G6PD but its potassium that causes issues G6PD as unlisted mutations but is offten mistaken for sepsis due to cell fluid dumping.

Anyway its all confusing convoluted when diseased trying to split hairs.

My T waves was hypercupied as a result of acidosis threw my potassium so what caused my heart issues.

G6pd mutations or my lung trouble

One thing i know for sure is a might need to give andrews liver salts a try as the say bicarbonate soda lowers potassium.

And the have magnesium so the just might get my bodies balance right.
