Have any of you tried or even heard of Easy Flex? It sounds like the wonder medication for joint pain. The problem is it cost £69 per month and to be honest I wouldn’t be prepared to pay that if it doesn’t work. There don’t seem to be a lot of reviews for something that is supposed to be so amazing at reducing joint pain.
I suppose my brain is telling me that it is too good to be true but like a lot of people on here I have awful joint pain and there is not a lot of medication that I can take that helps.

Have you tried glucosamine and chondroitin which is much cheaper ? My Chiropractor takes it and says it’s really good, she’s recommended I take it.It’s contraindicated if on Warfarin but doesn’t say other anticoagulants are an issue but I’m going to check with my pharmacist sister !
My Rheumatologist GP recommended Glucosamine & Chondroitin but advised you need to take at least 1g/day of active ingredient and you won’t see a difference for at least a month. That was about 5 years ago and I have to say although I have mildly swollen knuckles and some knee pain, it’s quite bearable but I forgot to repeat the script for a while and I really noticed the difference when I hadn’t had it for a while!
I’d never heard of it before but seems to have an interesting mix of ingredients, including Glucosamine but in lower quantities than would interest me & Condroitin and Collegen and is available through Boots so assume it’s passed regulation.
Not familiar with the other ingredients so couldn’t comment. Looks like it’s a European Product - Spanish??? They are usually really good at supplements and may help reduce inflammation which is a cause of pain.
Only way to know if it’s helpful for you is to try but looks as though it may help with function rather than pain so you need to know what is causing your pain. I would try see a Rheumatologist and ask for advice or contact nras.org.uk/. Or arthritisaction.org.uk
Glucosamine & Chondroitin supplements are a lot cheaper from someone like Healthspan, (ChrondoMax about £17.90 every 60 days on repeat subscription) which is the one I've been taking for about 40 years. No effects for about a month though as some have said. No way would I pay £69 a month even if I could afford it.
Thank you all for your comments and suggestions I will try the Glucosomine and Chrondrotin. I am on Apixaban so just need to check that it’s comparable. I will definitely give the Easy Flex a miss if there is an alternative.
