No verapimil now. After my atrial flu... - Atrial Fibrillati...
No verapimil now. After my atrial flutter ablation yesterday .
My BP goes high and then low all the time.
Try breathing in slowly and then out with a very fast huh from the throat, like you're trying to see how far you can throw that huh That brings my BP down immediately.

Interesting!
I've mentioned the breathing trick a lot on this forum, but no one has ever come back and said it works for them. It always works for me. I guess they may not even try. I usually do it about around 6-10 times.
I was told to stop all tablets (bisoprolol and digoxin) a week after my ablation for AFl as I was informed that there was no healing or "blanking" period as such after this kind of ablation (unlike for AF). Unfortunately, a week later, I developed a really awful episode of AF, which I'd never had before to my knowledge, and which took me back to hospital. Thankfully, one dose of bisoprolol stopped it in its tracks.
