Hi all, I had a good holiday in Dorset and I decided not to drink anything as I thought it was too early after ablation and like I said I’m not that bothered by drink. I did treat myself to some cake a couple of times though😊. I had a few flippy moments which I’m assuming is eptopics I’m not to sure.

It’s nice to keep in touch with you all. I’m hoping that my heart stays calm and in good nick 🤞.

Hope you are all keeping good.

That's good to hear and I think you were wise not to have an alcoholic drink.

Wishing you well.

Good call there. Well done. Hope you didn't get as much sun as I did.

Thank you, it was nice weather but with a slight chill.

I came back like a lobster! Forgot my factor fifty or a hat. Race circuits (old airfields in particlular) tend to be sun traps.

Pleased to hear that you had a good holiday. I love Dorset; my daughter is in Weymouth.Did you discover the Old Molt Berries and cherries 🍒 cider? Its non alcoholic so it shouldn't upset your heart 💔 although the sugar content is quite high so be careful! The odd piece of cake won't do you any harm. This is one I made yesterday.

The cake looks lovely. I have been going Weymouth since I was little, I absolutely love it. It’s my spiritual home for sure.

I hope you found lots of fossils on Dorset's lovely Jurassic Coast. Swanage used to be one of our favourite resorts but the last time we went - years ago now - the gorgeous sandy beach we remembered had changed for the worse thanks to erosion or something. I've heard it's back to its former glory now, though.

Am happy to say that Swanage beach is back to its former glory, its my home town and I miss it dreadfully as haven't visited since covid. The North of Scotland where I live now is a looong way away.

Goodness that is a long way to travel. I remember one strange day we had there when we were just married - nearly fifty years ago, now. Goodness time flies! It was beautifully hot sunshine, unusual for early April, and we were walking through some lovely woodland when we came to a stunning sandy beach. Suddenly we saw people walking around stark naked! We’d accidentally found ourselves in a local nudist colony, without knowing, at Studland Bay! I don’t know if it’s still there.

Weymouth town is going down hill a bit but I still love the place. It just makes me feel alive there.

Ah Weymouth, with the trains along the front and the sand sculpture man on the beach - and the sun shining brightly! Happy days with our two lads!

So glad to hear this. I too had a good break in West Cornwall. One high heart rate due to exertion whilst away and quite a few flippy moments yesterday with supra ventricular ectopics that had me worried as distinctly uncomfortable. All.passed after 10 mins of slow breathing. Overdoing it when back home working I think.

Thank you, glad you had a nice break too, I did a lot of walking whilst there and I think it did me good. I try and do the breathing exercise that bob d mentioned in answer to someone else and so far it helps.
