So after yesterday's DCCV I was discharged. Got five mins up road and passed out. Hubby brought me back to hospital, en route passed out again. Was readmitted hurriedly, passed out again. Turned out my BP was 74/40, so a tad low. They said they'd feed me and hydrate me, and discharge me once I felt better. Instead I've been asleep in a side room all night! No pillow, no blanket, just curled up on the A&E little wheeled bed. Had a lovely sleep and hoping to be discharged soon xx

An update on my update
Hope you’re doing lots better now and hope you get to go home soon. Take care xx
Good grief, I am sorry to hear that, Jaja. I hope they give you some breakfast and allow you back home very soon. TC x
Dehydration? When mine was (slightly) (lower than that they pumped 2 litres of fluids into me befor it came back up again.
Oh bless you thats awful. I so hope today finds you feeling much better. So glad you were close to hospital. Best place at that point. Keep safe.
Awful treatment. Can't imagine anything like that happening at my brilliant local hospital .I do hope that you are OK now.
Best wishes
J
To be fair, they are pretty amazing at just getting on with a DCCV rather than torturing me with drugs which don't work and make me feel rubbish. Whereas my local hospital is great on food, pillows and gowns but rubbish with afib (20 days in one time and another eight another being filled with every combo of drugs, before conceding that I was right all alone and needed a CV but now I'd have to wait five weeks during which time I could barely.move. oops I'm ranting!!!!). So I can cope without the creature comforts, anyway it was boiling in there so didn't need a blanket 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😅
