Trigger point injection / post cryoablation

I guess from being sedentary from having my cryoablation last October my back muscle on left side balled up to the point that I was in a lot of pain. 3 days ago I had a trigger point injection. Still sore from it but now I feel that nasty pain coming back. Has anyone experienced this? Does it get worse before it gets better?

Triggerpoint.net us a great resource for self treatment. Or Clair Davies books are good though the illustrations are a bit creepy! Or you could see a sports massage therapist. According to Clair Davies trigger points need treating multiple per times a day as they just come back. I managed to get his book secondhand for about £4 so worth a try. Good luck
