Wanted to share the above article from a hospital newsletter I receive.
There have been other articles on epsom salt in the forum but I elected to make this another thread because it is from a hospital.
Note item 7 that states espsom salt can assist in high blood pressure. Don't know how much or affective, but it can relax you. I use epsom salt for my feet and it does make your feet feel refreshed.

It’s another way of absorbing Magnesium if, like me, you can’t take oral Magnesium but also be aware that if you have low BP, take BP medication please take very good care as that relaxation you feel maybe good but can have consequences for some. I prefer to use Sea Salts which has a much lower Magnesium content and only use once a week.
By the way, the site whose link you posted is not available in UK and just because it’s from a Hospital Newsletter, it doesn’t mean it’s any more reliable - Healthgrades, a doctor rating site, is owned by Red Venture, a large commercial company who specialise in online marketing - driven by AI and part of a very large conglomerate.
It will be legit - just part of marketing and nothing wrong with that as long as you are aware of it, I’m sure the information in the article was good.
