Having just listened to a talk on Lifestyle by a Surrey EP, I thought I would post an extract from Dr John Days recent newsletter (he practicers in the USA, many will know him and his books) on reversing ageing to reduce AF.

FJ is not a happy bunny, for reasons I won’t bore you with I only saw the last 20 minutes of Dr Nagy’s talk. Everyone there seemed to find it interesting and helpful, hope you did too…….

Yes, very clear and insightful.

Very interesting. Thanks for your post. Dr Day's tips to arrest, reverse or slow down the aging (and therefore AFib) process can't fail to be beneficial, even if they don't magically cure the condition.

I only caught the last 5 minutes of Dr Nagy's talk and also heard how good it was. If anyone one can share some of the interesting points that he made, I'd be grateful.

One point: He highlighted the marketing skills of food companies to sell the over processed 'food' with good examples. Having been a foodie for a long time, the basics he covered I largely knew but he presented it as expertly as I have seen.

Thanks for sharing Dr Days post secondtry. He points out some interesting facts. Was he the doctor who had AF himself?
