If only I’d had this information early enough and the support to help me do it! Never too late to improve Lifestyle though.

It certainly is Paul. The link within the article on blood thinners was particularly interesting to me, too. Thank you for posting. Happy New Year to you!

Thanks Paul. Not seen it before and it's all good advice that we tend (at my age) to forget (or ignore).

What an interesting article. It has inspired me to try & work harder. Apart from when I look out of the window. No beautiful US mountain to climb, just a grey, rainy, windy, miserable day in Lincolnshire ☹Thank you for sharing that with us & Happy New Year to you 🌞

Thanks Paul. We might know the points but we might also get complacent and lax about some, so a reminder is always timely.

Thank you. As you say nothing really new. But very timely after Christmas and New Year to look forward to. Time for the New Year resolutions.....again.

Don't worry TF - I've already broken my New Year Resolutions and we'll still in 2021 ;-)

Hi Paul.

Lifestyle changes are a HUGE deal 100%. Great article. All of this and more in his book the afib cure which was written this year I think 🤔. Great book.

Seems quite a few people do not want to admit their lifestyle is having an impact on their health or are just not willing to give up the things that they think make them happy.

Also some people think that because a coffee or beer doesn’t instantly put them in af that it’s not having an impact. I think it’s clear it is but what do I know.

Thanks for adding the info. Hopefully a few people read it and make changes or buy his book for further info 👍
