450 ecgs in 115 days using a KardiaMobil 6L. I ecg after exercise, when Kardia diagnosis is other than Normal Sinus Rhythm, if I am suspicious of even mild palpitations and also following previous ectopics (so if I have ectopics, I’ll do repeat ecgs until they’ve gone).

Wow,...first of all, great job tracking the details and whoa!, your heart was going through quite the range of histrionics, protesting the ablation. Nice to see it's settling down. Consistent with my experience. In fact, was so bad in the first 4 weeks that I didn't attempt to do any exercising other than gentle walks on the flat. Now, at 8 weeks on it seems I can challenge heart rate without launching into ectopic storms or other. Hope the trend continues.
