RF ablation at last.

I finally have a date for my 2nd ablation - RF this time. Its next Wednesday, so not long to wait now. The NHS have sent me to The Spire, Bristol again, under Dr Edward Duncan this time. I would have had to wait another few weeks to have the same EP as before. I'm not particularly bothered who does it, I just want it out of the way, especially as Christmas is fast approaching.

I must revisit the factsheets again, to remind myself of the dos and don'ts.

Fingers crossed it is more successful than the last one was.

Why is it when people say "Rock On" I always say "Tommy"in my mind now and have a chuckle?

"Rock on Tommy" was a catchphrase of Cannon and Ball, a comedy duo not dissimilar to, but not as successful as, Morecambe and Wise. Bobby Ball would pull his red braces out as he said it.

Yes I see the braces too - silly cos I hardly ever watched them but if ever a clip was shown of their show this would be it.

I too have just received date for my second ablation on 7th December at the QE Birmingham. Bit closer to christmas than i would like, but hey ho that's what family are for!

Good news it took 2 procedures to sort me out I am very near my 1 year on anniversary of sinus Rhythm only and no flec or beta blockers for 12 months

Let’s hope it goes brilliantly
