Convalescence is seriously undervalued in this age when it seems you are expected to ‘recover’ within a few weeks. Fatigue is your body’s way of saying you need to pace yourself and rest more to allow healing. Some people need more time than others but 4 weeks is still early days.

After my cryoablation I felt that I had a baby elephant sitting on my chest. Four weeks is no time at all. Give yourself time to recover and take it easy. Hope all goes well for you. Sirey

It took 6 months for my exercise levels to reach pre-ablation levels. Just try to listen to your body and not expect to be "normal" for a while
