Thanks for posting that ST 😃 good to know I am on the right path in many ways.

I actually look forward to my morning glass of Kafir these days and sing hum or chant when doing the housework . The dog clearly thinks I have lost it ....

Could it be that we would be better off we did loose it 😂

That’s very interesting , thank you. The cats already think I’m mad so if I start humming or chanting it shouldn’t unduly surprise them 🙂

I was looking forward to that - thank you. But it seemed odd to read from her that the main parasympathetic nerve in the body controls the sympathetic nervous system:

"The vagus nerve responds to stress by triggering the sympathetic or “fight/flight” response which increases our pulse, blood pressure and breathing rate to get blood/oxygen to our muscles to enable us to run away from danger faster and therefore survive."

I stopped at this point wondering if she were a real doctor, but I gather she is; yet is one who has given up standard scientific medicine in favour of alternative approaches.

It is refreshing to see a doctor provide some advice about the vagus nerves. These two nerves are likely the two most important nerves in the body and doing anything that helps them function correctly is well worth the effort. You will note irregular heart rate is one negative impact. Too bad more doctors do not tell patients how to optimize vagus nerve function before prescribing toxic drugs and risky operations. Or heaven forbid to suggest visiting a chiropractor who may help optimize the neck and spine structure and improve the vagus nerve function.
