Ablation 7 weeks on

Seven weeks since ablation and no AF. However, the last couple of weeks I’ve started to feel quite awful on occasions. Intermittent strange fatigue type feeling( difficult to explain). Lasts for just a few minutes . Occurs when at rest .

Is it a feeling like you could pass out?

Can't help you then. I've had three ablations and never experienced what you have described. It's odd that it happens only when you're at rest. I wonder if your heart is trying to go back into AF and failing.

I should have said “ even at rest” . No it’s not AF . Heart rate is fine . Spoke to GPprobably mild reaction ( his words) to flu or COVID jabs. It’s been better today

I think I had this about 2 months in as well. We started to but down on my meds too early I think. Once we reverse that it improved. I now only take a smaller dose in the evenings. It does sound like the flu jab though and glad it's gone.
