My Kardia has stopped working ( no signal) on my Samsung Galaxy A51 phone despite all being OK for 6 months since I bought phone.
I've been in contact with Kardia who inform that it is not on their list of compatible phones and although it may have worked in the past its possible that system upgrades from Samsung will have caused the problem. Has anyone any idea how I can get this working again please ??
I do still have my previous Galaxy S6 which is on the list so may have to bring that back into business with a Sim card!

Thank you CD. Yes I replaced with new Duracell battery and deleted App and reinstalled. Doesn't respond on my Galaxy tab or my aforementioned old phone..listed...Galaxy S6 ( without Sim card!) I'm wondering if the Kardia has outlasted its shelf life.. its been very well used. Possibly 6 years old
Wow - mine literally fell apart but never stopped working - I had an original phone case style but replaced it with the 6L about 2 years ago. Think you had your money’s worth, I certainly did as it was the most cost effective bit of kit I ever bought.
Thank you. I've found them very helpful. Unfortunately the phone I bought 6 months ago is not on their compatible list even though it worked fine until now. My previous one is on the list ! I still have it so will probably ressurect when I get my new kardia. I think it has died a natural death 😬
Hi Jalia,
I too have the Kardia App operating on my smartphone and my phone too is not on Kardia's "compatible phone list " ( Motorola Moto Z2 Play ). So far no problems
I would uninstall the Kardia App as CD says and then reinstall it. Its a simple and quick technique.
How long have you had your Kardia .... how many readings has it performed, roughly. It could also be a dud battery, but I doubt it.
If its a signal issue you might think about where you are using the Kardia. If in the house how much WiFi and Bluetooth stuff are you using within the house that may be competing with Kardia or over riding the Kardia signals. Go on line to Kardia website and see if there is anything about " Troubleshooting" - I seem to vaguely remember something about "Loss of signal".
Thank you John! See my reply above to CD. Yes I had a Motorola and I'm sure it worked on there in the beginning.I must have had my Kardia for about 6 years....trying to find paperwork. I couldn't even hazard a guess to how many times its been used
😂......possibly a world record! Certainly got my moneys worth out of it. I've looked at all the online stuff. I would be prepared to buy another if I knew it had simply worn out.
Jalia ...is it a 1L or the newer 6L. My Kardi is the 6L on my Z2 Play. CD's other thought that the battery is "tired" maybe valid given your large usage. 😂😂John
I have the kardia for a number of years and I have the same phone. I also have changed the battery. Sometimes I get a signal and sometimes I don't. Don't know why though.
Thank you to all who have replied . After emailing Kardia, who are very helpful, I decided that my device had died a natural death so purchased a new one from PMS instruments. Working well on my new Samsung A51 ( non listed) as well as my preceded listed Galsxy S6! Apparently I had made 3041 recordings so can't complain ....excellent value !
Glad you got sorted. My Kardia has never worked with my current phone (One+5T), so I'm still running my previous phone (Motorola G5) with a PAYG SIM from Giffgaff, just for the Kardia to use. Works for me.
