Non steroid nasal spray

Hi there. Can anyone please recommend a non steroid nasal spray for allergies and hay fever. Thank you

Afrin (oxymetrizole) is a vasoconstrictor that may be suitable for short term use. Probably relatively contraindicated in afib as lt is a stimulant. I am not aware of any antihistamine nasal sprays.

I use Sterimar Hay fever relief. It’s made with seawater 100% natural. My daughter also finds it really helps.

My GP recommended a cup of warm water with a spoonful of salt, snorted from the hand. I have found it so effective as I used to have constant nose bleeds and blocked sinuses, but that has cured them.

I've tried nasal saline spray and saline water flush. Both help with minor issues and I think suitable for long term use.

My husband buys a nasal spray called Sterimar, which is the same thing in an easy to apply bottle.

Get a Neti pot and the salt packages. Very effective
