Taurine

Has anyone who has taken taurine had their blood pressure go up? I decided to try it. And only about 1/3 of a 500 mg capsule a few times and I believe it caused my BP to go up. Too high. Like 155/77. Mine is usually in the 120/60 or a little lower. I quit taking it but bp still up. Only thing I've done differently. If this happened to anyone else did your BP eventually go back down? Thanks everyone.

I take 2 taurine capsules a day with my magnesium, as I make my own capsules I have tried 1000mg x 2 and currently taking 700mg x 2.

My BP is 120/74 and doesnt vary much.

Taurine is useful for the heart and helps when taking magnesium taurate .

I am on blood pressure medication 80mg Telmisarton which could make my results not the same as yours. No real way of knowing...
