If in pain, definitely. ! The sooner the better.

Generally speaking it depends upon how ill you feel, how anxious you are and what your heart rate is? If you are on anticoagulants and/or other medications such as a pill in the pocket for such events and where in the world you live.

As pip-pip says, chest pain should always be investigated, certainly a phone call for advice would be advisable.

If you are having chest pain then yes i would call for medical support. Better to be safe. Hope you feel better soon.

Any chest pain or fainting feeling MUST be investigated.
