Weird spasms

Hi been getting spasms in left side of chest actually under the armpit area and going towards my left shoulder blade is the the heart.Could be a trapped nerve feels weird ? TIA

best to discuss by phone with your GP= describe where and when the pain occurs. Heart related pain can involve shoulder blades but could also be there for other reasons as you say

Have you an ablation relatively recently? The healing heart can cause weird left sided chest pain/aches.

I had my ablation last August. I also experienced some soreness in my heart. The heart takes at least three months for the scar tissue to form and had a look of work done in there. It’s normal. But not an afib or tac event and had my first vaccine, no side effects
