Oxford Vaccine. Unexpected bonus

Had the Oxford Vaccine yesterday and got the most blinding headache and was shaking like mad that evening BUT an unexpected bonus is that my heart went into sinus rhythm for the first time in months and still in it this morning. Headache is more tolerable now. Anyone else affected like that? You never know the sinus rhythm might last for a bit. Wouldn’t that be great?

I got a pounding headache yes but it was only for 1 night. No changes to my heart. ❤️

My granddaughter and her friends at university training in dentistry and working in clinic, have all recently had the Oxford vaccine and felt ill for a day or so afterwards. I have heard that feeling a bit rough afterwards shows that your body can fight the virus.

How are you feeling today? Granddaughter had hers Wednesday, felt rough Thursday. She'll be contacting me later to say how she is today.

Thanks for asking. Headache and stomach ache better today. Unfortunately back in a/f. Pity.

Oh no, pesky AF. Glad the effects of vaccine have worn off.

You never know the second jab just might do it - lets hope so.

Happy thought. Will have to wait for mid April or possibly even later if the EU had its way.

Had my jab on Saturday 5 pm woke at 3.30am feeling awful. All my body was aching and my headache was horrible, sharp pains in my legs and back and felt so nauseous. This morning a little better but not 100%. Still have the runs as well. Not looking forward to my second jab.

If you've had an adverse reaction (and some of these sound pretty unpleasant), please consider using the Yellow Card system to log them so that the MHRA can build an accurate picture of how common (or not) they are. Here's the link... coronavirus-yellowcard.mhra...
