What is the best blood preasure tablet , with the least side effects That's ones are I am now give me a lot of bone pain

I have no knowledge or experience of blood pressure medication but it might be a good idea to talk to your pharmacist about the options. The problem is we are all different and therefore react differently to medications so I guess it’s largely a case of trial and error.......
