I'm fed up with keep having to put in my email address and password. It has only recently started. Why is this. I know it's not a health question, but it is frustrating my head especially when it keeps saying password not recognised and I do the same. Put in a new password and same again next time. Why we need all this as nothing is that private is it. Thank you

Up until now and for the last 4 years since I joined Health Unlocked, when an email comes through I've just clicked on it and looked at and answered any posts. I did originally do an email address and password, but keep asking for it has only been happening the last few weeks. I've never gone in through facebook. Grrrr so annoying especially when it keeps coming up it doesn't recognise either my email address or password. So I change the password and works straight away, but the next time I get posts through my email off we go again!!!! Grrr
No still the same broadband as ever and we have a Mac computer and we don’t have to have a virus protection with these computers. Such a nuisance as I even had to sign in again replying to you. Stay well and take care. Pat x
When I get the email (every day) from health unlocked, I used to just open the email and I was in, but now I have to keep writing in email and password. Then it said didn't recognise password so changed and updated that. I had an email this morning from Health Unlocked saying clear history and cookies. I have done that and just did it again. Closed down the computer, opened it up and still doing it. Asked me to log in with email and password. Grrrrr
Browser????? Sorry not at all technology minded. Normally the email comes through every day from health unlocked and I used to just click on the email and it would come up with the news feed of everyone's questions, etc. Have been on to admin and they said clear history and cookies which I did and still the same. Thank you for replying.
It was driving me mad. I noticed that lower down on the page that asked for my email/password it said there was something you could do to stay on the site rather than having to re-enter each time. It involved changing my settings and seems to have worked Sorry this is as technical an explanation as I’m capable of!!!
Thank you I have been in touch with admin and they suggested just clearing cookies and history. I have done that, but it still didn't work. When I can get my non-technology head around it, I will try as you suggest. Thank you
I used to click on the latest email, would go straight to site then I would click on posts and that would take me to the latest post. Now when I get to the site I click on posts it does not work (very occasionally it does) so I cannot get the latest posts, so have given up on that and just read what is there, normally posts that have been up for many hours. I have not changed anything browsers ect, tried all that people have advised and nothing. No problems with passwords. Just frustrating that I cannot get to see the new posts, this has been going on for about a year now so have just given up trying to fix it.
