From nowhere

Morning all, last night around 10pm my heart rate seemed to climb up to 120 in my sleep and has been dropping and rising between 80 and 128 all through the night in my sleep, I had a very poor sleep with no deep sleep or rem sleep at all.

My question is should I call someone or see if it settles during the day?

Hi. Up and down very uncomfortable every few minutes. I had something like this a couple times over last few years and the a e advised that as I had a nasty cold/virus over the previous week it might settle in a couple days. Which it did, once that cleared up.

Thanks, been no change really I don’t really feel I’ll but I don’t think my tablets are working. Was taken off everything last year and just given veratil it’s rubbish
