Hello all, just letting you know I'm still about! Hope this post finds people well and coping with the fluid situation that is real life these days.

Nothing major to report from a health point of view, heart behaving and even indulged in a couple of glasses of low alcohol fizz this week for my fiance's 30th (with 3 litres of clear fluids to dilute it afterwards)!

Thought I'd share a picture (none hot tub related) from my few days away in Lincoln where I managed 26 degree heat for 2 days, Steep Hill (if you don't know it google it!) without much trouble and had a really relaxing time!
