Anyone know what this could be on my smart watch ECG

So I am now on flecainide and Bisoprolol for AF and SVT. I have an Apple Watch that does my ECGs which my cardiologist has the results from.

I have been experiencing strange beats that make me feel a bit funny. I have attached a picture just wondering wether anyone knows what it might be.

It’s in sinus rhythm it says and is probably nothing but I’m getting one of these beats every 10 mins or so.

I think it's probably a PAC, premature atrial contraction. Do they call them ectopics? But I'm no expert.

Thankyou so much. It looks exactly like that. So I don’t need to worry just ectopic beats. Thanks for replying

Not familiar with what that device shows but most likely an ectopic (out of place) beat. They feel like a missed beat.

I think you moved your wrist at that moment and it caused that. But what do I know.

I always stay completely still. The watch shows inconclusive if you move your wrist

I have the iWatch with ECG and I am also on bisoprolol and I don't think you have anything to worry about. The missed (ectopic) beat is rarely a sign of anything significant but it would probably be reassuring to mention it to your doctor next time you see him/her.
