Not sure how to read this? You don't seem to be lacking anything but Barium. On the other hand your potassium sodium and calcium are high. And high levels of aluminium toxin. Am I reading that right? If so what what is the recommended course of action?

They told me to take supplements to bring these levels down

Very interesting, where did you get it done ? Was it expensive?

Very interesting, I have often wondered if I should have a test. Can you say who recommended you have a test and who was the tester?

Incidentally on tests, a couple of years back I had 3 consecutive annual tests of my urine that produces a similar presentation style report on gut matters; it was a hi tech one called 'Organix' recommended by my London Naturopath and is easy to do at home, you are sent a pack, freeze some urine and it is picked up by a courier and goes to Denmark nordiclabs.com/default.aspx Pricey at around £250 then but for info and convenience good value.

Well they have given me a supplement list to take short term 5 different supplements which I think is a lot, they have recommended a diet plan for me and include more protein and also they have said cause of my health related anxiety certain minerals have increased in the body due to the adrenal glands

I see some arsenic....my magnesium tablets contain some....is it safe in small doses? I also read that a high metallic rate can be held within the brain cells and contribute to dementia... sorry about basic jargon but not been to Uni!
