How annoying for you. I'm beginning to suspect that once we get to a certain age nature does it's best to slow us down. If it doesn't succeed with one ailment it will try another. All designed to turn us into old infirm people. Fight, fight, fight it my friend.

Maybe it's your bodies way of saying. Take it a bit easy. Build up. You've nothing to prove all to gain. Just maybe.

Typical eh...I sympathize as my knee plays up....it’s annoying we can’t take anti inflammatory pills. My achillies is the latest pain....I wish they were at least on the same leg!!!

Hope it calms soon

Me too. My physio recommended indoor bike for 30mins daily ( don’t quite do every day but 3 or 4 times a week). And a few exercises to strengthen muscles around knee.

Seems to be much better.

Earthing/grounding is a good way to combat inflammation.

When you stop for a break make sure that you touch the Earth with your hand - or any other area of bare skin. Your whole body is conductive so if any part is Earthed - it all is.

Leaning against a tree, touching a plant - anything that is living and has roots in the earth or is touching the Earth will do the job, eg touching your dog.

Do you take glucosamine? It helps to build cartilage.

Being properly hydrated helps too.

We think our joint bones are separated only by cartilage but they are separated by a very thin film of water. Being hydrated helps with Earthing too as it is water in each cell that conducts electricity through our entire body.
