Depends where I would say. General advice in our Recovering from Ablation fact sheet is do nothing much the first week and second week you can do a few short walks. but listen to your body. I would alway suggest that a slow recovery is better than trying to rush things.

Thanks BobD a bit of wishful thinking on my behalf, it would be a 3hour drive and sure I won't be able to have the odd glass of wine for a few weeks anyway. 😃

I stopped drinking wine fifteen years ago and I own shares in a vinyard! Nogt worth the risk even after three ablations.
