Been trying to do some research on taking this supplement personally I think it’s more beneficial for anyone who’s had heart failure, also how many people on here take this with anti coulglants?

It’s hard to check weather they work or not sonmetimes I think it’s a placebo effect

Personally, I would be quite happy if every pill I took had no active ingredients, as long as I got better.

I was diagnosed with afib and started warfarin 17 years ago, and have taken CO Q10 most of the time since then. Currently taking 100mg twice daily along with a low dose calcium channel blocker. I don't remember if CO Q10 affected my INR when I started it and I don't have a clue if it is helping, but I'm in good health and active so it doesn't appear to be hurting anything.
