Eyes hurt tired dizzy feeling

Ive been using bisoprolol for 8 years im now getting dizzy eyes hurting sick feeling and head aches tiredness does any 1 else get these feelings ??

I am after lock down hoping to come off Bisoprolol and move on to nebivolol? as that has a better track record with QOL and sleep. I do get a vision if I wake which is often as if I am looking through net curtains? Optician found nothing? I did have to drop down from 10 mg to 7.5 mg as my BP was dropping to silly levels. Hope you get it sorted soon
