Still AF free after 7 months, even in these much more stressful times. Still have ectopics daily, but they remain few and temporary, usually after eating or when I am hungry. Exercising daily; more for strength and endurance over high intensity. It is so great that the weather is better and working in my garden brings me such joy. Working from home has been an easier transition than I had expected. Despite social distancing, I have a great support system of family and friends that I can talk, text or video chat with everyday. Stay safe and stay well fellow community members!

7 months post-cryo-ablation
I'm 16 days post ablation and your post gives me a real boost. Thanks for sharing such a good experience and long may it continue for us both xx
Good to hear. Glad that you are not finding things too difficult during these strange times.
Mad scientist 😊
Thank you for this.
I find the ectopics bothersome and worrying. Tight chest and still limited exercise wise. Just on the three month post cryo now.
Why do they talk such rubbish about recovering in two/ three weeks

Everybody is different I guess. At 10 months post ablation today, I still have daily ectopics, but being AF free and off meds is great. Even though I had problems earlier on, I still don't regret my decision to have the ablation. Even daily ectopics are better than being in the hospital from fainting from AF and a 189 heart rate or the meds that made me a zombie that wanted to sleep all the time. Things will get better, you will see. Hang in there!
