After insertion of loop recorder

Hello again. I had loop recorder inserted March 26. On April 10 I received a call from EP stating I needed to have a pace maker. He would put in the pace maker and take out the loop recorder. Then on Easter Sunday I received a call from EP stating he looked at the readout from loop recorder and said I don't need a pace maker and to use more salt?! I'm still a bit confused by the conversation. I'm thinking of getting a second opinion! Thoughts and opinions please :)

I had one consultant tell me I needed a pacemaker but my EP said not needed . Sounds like you have some electrolyte issues, hence the salt request. My issue was the drugs I was on.
