Hi guys i was really finding it hard to explain the feeling ive had but i found a person on another forum with the right words to explain it. Ive had my ablation last march 10th last month and i get this feeling 2 weeks post ablation and here i am getting it again in week 5. Its not exactly a feeling of pain but its a feeling i havent had before ablation. When i rushed up the stairs today i got it.

The only advise I can give Khaled7 is to try and get it checked with a doctor. It's not easy these days but any adnormal feeling / pain in the chest should be checked out.

I haven't had an ablation - there are others on here who will be better able to answer your question than I. However it's best to play safe and check with a professional in these matters. Even though the pain is mild I think you should mention it to a doctor.

It could be just a side effect of your ablation - however better safe than sorry. Are you able to call your EP or phone his secretary to explain your syptoms ?

Sorry I can't help more.

Paul

Go back to the doctor, the side effect of my Ablation was a dry cough.

After my ablation for atrial flutters, I had pain. After repeated calls to the doctor and a visit to ER, my cardiologist gave me Colchicine (is used for gout) and my pain went away. Of course I am not a doctor.

Yes ! - I am 3months post ablation & experiencing chest/throat pain jyst off & on. I thought it maybe start of angina but, as I have a reveal device fitted my cardio nurse looked at a download lastvweek & when she called me few days ago she thinks its as a result of still getting runs of fast af, not often but enough she thinks to affect the heart muscle walls still healing after 2nd ablation. Its very similar to the sore feeling I got after 1st ablation. I have prescription for Laprazole to help with any acid indigestion (though i don't think its that) do let us know how you get on & I am interested to see any further replies you get. (Pain has now almost gone)
