On Saturday this week the 18th April it will be 2 years since my CTI Ablation for Atrial Flutter!! I cannot believe the difference it had made to my life - yes there were a few hiccups during the procedure and yes it took probably nigh on the first year to fully recover but I have not had any flutters since!! Yes I still get ectopics and ‘fast runs’ but my oh my life has been so different- I’ve slowly built up my fitness levels again to a level that I can cope with which is far more than pre procedure!! I’m so thrilled and thought I would share my 2nd anniversary with you all!! The support on here is second to none so thank you for being there with your keypads at your fingertips to offer your knowledge and wealth of personal and in some cases professional support !!THANK YOU !!

Thats good news, appears similar to my ablation 14 months ago. The EP told me I continue to have MAT as it could not be fully ablated and I have thought that the ectopics and short runs of tachycardia (seconds only) I still get is from the MAT.
