Do you have any underlying conditions which can cause this? It can be an alert to have investigations for reasons for this such as poor circulation.

Could be side affect of drugs?

Are you taking a betablocker med? That can make feet and hands cold. Im on a liw dose of metoprolol twice daily and my toes are almost always cold. I even put an electric blanket on my bed to warm my feet up, lol.

When my feet get obnoxious cold I take a hot shower. Portable foot bath or infrared massage's works good.
