Still marking my journey. You can check out my other posts. Doing great. Have not had AF for more than a minute and that was early in the healing. Still have ectopics daily, especially after eating, but they are short lived and manageable. Heart rate is running about 80 and blood pressure is steady at 110 over 80. Made it through a bout with Influenza A (even though I had the flu shot) with no AF. My heart rate was running about 110 the entire time I was ill with fever, chills, headache and body aches. Have not been sick like that for some time. Missed 4 days of work. Still exercising almost daily and I am no athlete, but have gotten my heart rate up to 125 with no issues. Looking forward to being outside and starting my garden as the weather warms. Hoping to be AF free for as long as possible.

I don't really. I will get ectopics about 30 to 60 minutes after eating for about an hour and then they just stop. I have taken magnesium taurate for months but it didn't change anything. I guess I can handle the ectopics because they are always predictable and temporary. Before my ablation, I had ectopics all day, every day. That was maddening. Sorry to hear you are still getting them constantly.
