Evening all, can anyone tell me what the above means? does it just fall under an umbrella of arrhythmia's such as SVT?

Honestly Pad, I liken myself to an old bike I had as Im get older , a different bit falls off every month, stuffs going rusty and my tyres are a bit bald, but I'm ok around the doors 😉
