What’s your diet like? What do you eat and drink for dinner? What time do you eat dinner? Do you eat or drink before bedtime?

I try low fat. Drink water. Eat between 7-8. Snack after 9. Glass of water with meds at 11. Thank you.

What is the snack after 9?

Quite possibly sleep apnea , it goes hand in hand with AF

Can you have apnea and don’t know it. If I do. I cannot wear that mask. Cannot. No. Nada.

If you truly have these symptoms and as you state to Mikee69, "I cannot wear a mask. Cannot, No. Nada." Then, truly, you do not how to take care of yourself. Most persons with those symptoms would do everything in their sphere to lessen the symptoms.

But you need to be tested because if you do not have sleep apnea, well then you're wasting time going in the wrong direction.

Yes, you can

You are asleep so how would you know.

The mask isn't easy to wear but after the first few weeks you get used to it.

Then you feel odd if you don't wear it to sleep.

Added bonus, you get to have a good night's sleep without the risk of sudden death

As Mikee69 says could be sleep apnea. I have said it many times, as does Dr.Sanjay Gupta, never underestimate sleep apnea. If like me , fairly normal BMI it will get ignored, but really worth pushing to get it checked out as it saved my life being diagnosed .

Get tested for sleep apnea. My EP insisted that I get tested over my objections. Lo and behold, not only did I have sleep apnea, but it was fairly severe. Not the easiest thing to get used to using the CPAP machine, but worth it. I sleep so much better and my AFIB is mostly under control, too.
