That's a shame Lulu.
I guess med's affect people in many different ways. Dreaming (or nightmares) can be caused by all sorts of med's. Everyone seems to be different. Flecancide works well for me but that doesn't mean it will suit you.
Is the flec keeping you in sinus ? If so maybe it's best to stick with it and accept that you will have dreams.
Try to relax as much as you can before sleeping and see if that helps. I think our subconscious mind processes the days events when we sleep. Try to relax as much as you can before having your kip. Don't read emails or look at a computer an hour before bed time. Try reading for 30 minutes before you turn your light off.
I think if you try to relax before bed it will help. No promises but it's worth a try

Thanks , I was only on it for a matter of months. No , it did not put me back in to sinus. I am happy with Dogoxin.
hello, I was having nightmares, only on Flecainide for 6 weeks, then the hallucinations started, only lasted another 2 days on flec then haven't taken one since. Dangerous drug for me, good luck.
I had hallucinations on 2 x 100mg Flec too - people stood at the side of my bed coming closer. It's absolutely terrifying! Have halved the dose now and I'm ok. My EP wasn't keen for me to be on the higher dose either and said increase the beta blocker if needed not the Flec and try to keep each dose at 50mg.

Hi jeanjeanie , I have read loads of your posts and I thought you were mainly drug free now?
I think you have posted about your researched lifestyle and your strict diet decreasing the need for medication .
I always enjoy both you and Bob’s banter.
Hi Lulu
Thank you.
I had 7 months last year when I didn't need to take my Flec or Metoprolol. Unfortunately AF came back in September, had a cardioversion 8th October which lasted about 6 weeks, been in AF constantly since then. Don't feel too bad with it, just struggle a bit when walking up steep hills.
I'm always thinking 'I'm cured', then comes the disappointment.
