Thank you to those who replied reference having a tooth out. I am going ahead with it next week, dreading it but needs must! Thank you again for the advice, so helpful.

I had to have a tooth out last Monday and the replies to your post helped me. I didn’t know about adrenaline free injections as I have only had AF for just over a year. Anyway, asked about it when I arrived and dental surgeon said of course and that he already had that ready as he saw I had AF. No pain during extraction (plenty afterwards!) and very little bleeding. I am on Apixaban and just didn’t take the morning dose as instructed. It did require a stitch but I am recovering well. I am sure you will be fine. Good luck!
