Anyone know anything about LAAO (Watchman)?

For people like me, with the bleeding disorder HHT, who cannot take anticoagulants, I have read about LAAO (left atrial appendage occlusion) being implanted at same time as an ablation. I wondered if anyone had experience of this device and their experience of it.
