I filled it in Rachel, but it is a bit skewed as I use an iPhone on my iPad for reminders. I find it invaluable.

I use an app on my iPhone called MyTherapy which gives alerts and information.

I use an App called Medisafe. It gives me alerts when time to take the meds, reminds me of refills, notifies me of any contradictions from combining medicine, herbs and vitamins.

Just to let you know that, once I had filled the questionnaire in, on my phone, the phone went peculiar...screen disappeared! I turned it off and on, and that sorted the problem.

I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to take mine .My problem is I have to take mine with a substantial meal and at a similar time each day, but as I work shifts this sometimes proves to be quite difficult .I have filled the survey in .

I've recently acquired a Withings Move ECG smart watch which gives me an alarm function. I previously used the alarm on my Fitbit. Survey completed.
