I have had bad problems with my stomach after taking Mg supplements.
I tried several brands and the Magnesium Citrate by Cytroplan are fine.
It does help with the AF.

Iherb magnesium glycinate doesnt cause stomach issues for me I love it and Google iherb they are a great company
Are you in the UK or US? I’ve had great problems with this company in the past, (though not buying magnesium). I do not remember the detail, suffice to say that I lost out financially. I’m in the UK.

They charge very little postage and are quick to deliver their supplements have always been 1st class for me
