Not generally a problem as long as you feel OK..........

Yes on metraprole and heart rate resting always below 60

Unless in an AF episode my heart is always below 60. Quite active.

On bisoprolol my HR was always in the low 50's, that is absolutely fine, although I felt like c*@p

When sleeping mine was down to low 30's bpm so I was told to stop the bisop.

I's now 55-60bpm at rest with no medication

My heart rate was normally in the mid 40's and it was not regarded as a problem until I had a 7 day monitor and they noted 3.7 second pauses between beats and fitted a pacemaker. When I went to have it fitted the other patient had been found to have a heart rate of 26 bpm when he was having tests prior to a hip replacement.

It amused me once at A&E when a nurse who noticed it asked if I had once been extremely fit. I said that was something no one could ever accuse me of.

Yes. No concerns from my medics so long as no feelings of being dizzy etc

Mine is always in the 40's. Lowest it's been is 32. Cardiologist would prefer it on the lower side. Im on bisoprolol 5mg twice a day. I do get tired most days but am used to it after 5 year
