Can anyone tell me how long after ablation can you go on a short haul flight.

There is no bar on this really. As soon as you feel well enough so long as you have good travel insurance. I'd give it a couple of days or maybe a week if it were me. Stay well hydrated at all times and make sure you have meds with you at all times.

Thanks Bob, all going well if it is not cancelled again I should have my ablation next week. We are booked to go away on the 17th September, so hopefully everything should be ok by then.

I'd give it a month after an ablation before you do this. It's not only the flight, it's all the walking around and getting from your car to the airport and then to the runway. Carrying cases, preparation etc.
