I'm thinking of asking my GP to prescribe me eplerenone for my hypertension. I have read the one or two reports about Spironolactone v Eplerenone. Eplerenone seems to have better outcomes, less sie effects though expensive.

Tried to find articles comparing efficacy of these drugs. Was unsuccessful on Medscape, Merck, PDR.. I would appreciate if you could post a link. I am currently taking spironolactone along with multiple other drugs for my afib and low Ejection fraction. Thanks....ethereal
