Not atrial flutter??!

Hi hoping someone can help. I haven’t had an episode of atrial flutter for a while. However last night I had a strange episode where I felt very airy in my chest. When I took my pulse it wasn’t going very slow or very fast it was going between 65-70 but the pulse in my wrist felt very light and weaker. I felt light headed but not sure if this was because I got anxious about it? Has anyone else ever had this symptom please? Xx

I had that symptom once when my heart was beating so fast that it wasn't registering correctly in my wrist.

It made me come over hot, faint and sweaty.

Yes, my wrist pulse felt fine. Did you come over hot, sweaty or feel faint with it?

I did feel a bit light headed, I wondering if it was a lot of ectopics in a row maybe? X

Could have been many things, low BP, fast, slow or out of rhythm heart rate.
