I could only suggest that if there is difficulty in obtaining a signal it is either poor contact - try using alcohol gel on your fingers - or too much local interference so try moving to a different location. More often than not it is the battery so try replacing it anyway - don’t assume.
I’ll mention something just for the record as it took me a little while to figure out. I have hearing aids that I control via my iPhone. Kardia doesn’t work until I cancel that connection.
I bought a Kardia when they first came out but now can't see the point of them. You know when you are having an episode of AF so what are you achieving by seeing a graphical representation of it? Why do you feel anxious without that endorsement?
Hi Sandy. I had problems for quite a while getting a reading from my Kardia and then I read, possibly on this forum, that it works better if your fingers are not too dry so now I lick them and it seems to work. I see someone above has suggested alcohol which is probably a more hygienic method!
